Honoring Our Veteran Employees And Members This Veterans Day

Last Update: November 11, 2025

At Thrive Market, we believe in building community—and that includes honoring those who’ve dedicated their lives to serving others. This Veteran’s Day, we’re proud to celebrate the veterans who are part of our Thrive Market team, as well as the veterans and military families who shop with us every day. Their leadership, resilience, and commitment to service inspire us to show up with that same sense of mission in everything we do.

Did you know? Through our Thrive Gives program, we offer free Thrive Market memberships to U.S. veterans and their families as one way to say thank you. By removing barriers to healthy living, we hope to make it easier for those who’ve served to access the nutritious, high-quality, and sustainable products they deserve, delivered right to their doors.

This Veteran’s Day, we’re also taking a moment to highlight the incredible veterans at our Thrive Market headquarters and fulfillment centers. Their stories remind us that service doesn’t end when military duty does; it continues through acts of leadership, compassion, and the everyday work of building a better world.

Mulcahy served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2009 until 2017 as a Field Artillery Officer. He continued serving in the Marine Corps Reserve from 2017 until 2021.

“Veteran’s Day is a moment to pause and honor all those who have worn the uniform, past and present. It’s a day to reflect on the sacrifices made by service members and their families, and to remember the values they represent: commitment, courage, and selflessness. The men and women who served before us set the example for what it means to put others first, and it’s important that we continue to remember their sacrifices and carry forward the legacy of service they left behind.”

Amador has been a U.S. Army Parachute Rigger for 15 years. He’s still serving today, in addition to excelling in his role at Thrive Market.

“Veterans Day is a moment to pause and appreciate all who’ve served. It’s about more than saying thank you—it’s recognizing the sacrifices made, time away from loved ones, and the strength it takes to put others first.”

Oliveira was in Logistics in the U.S. Army as an 88H Cargo Specialist. He spent 6 years in active duty and just under 2 years in the reserves, and was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan for a combined period of 21 months.

“Veterans Day is a time for me to honor the camaraderie, shared commitment, and enduring values that defined my years of service, protecting our nation alongside dedicated men and women, and reflecting on the importance of standing up for the freedoms and ideals we cherish as a community.”

Marshall served as an Information Technology Specialist in the U.S. Army for 6 years before coming to Thrive Market.

“To me, Veterans Day is a time to honor all members of the military who served this country.”
