If you love the iced tea and lemonade combo made famous by American golfer Arnold Palmer, we’ve got a refreshing spin that’s easily on par with the original. The recipe uses brewed green tea two ways, plus Natural Vitality’s magnesium supplement to perk up the drink with fresh lemon flavor. Bonus: It’ll give your body an extra dose of magnesium, an essential mineral that plays a vital role in helping the body regulate other nutrients.

For the cold brew ice cubes
8 cups water
6 green tea bags
For the drink
2 teaspoons Natural Vitality Magnesium Supplement, Sweet Lemon
6 tablespoons hot water
5 to 7 cold brew ice cubes
Reserved cold brew tea
Lemon slices, for serving
Make the cold brew
Fill a large pitcher with water and add tea bags. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 12 hours or overnight. Pour cold brew into an ice cube tray and freeze at least 8 hours; refrigerate remaining liquid in pitcher.
Make the drink
Add supplement and hot water to a tall glass. Let fizz, then stir until dissolved. Add the ice cubes and fill the glass with reserved cold brew; gently stir. Serve with lemon slices.
