If you love the iced tea and lemonade combo made famous by American golfer Arnold Palmer, we’ve got a refreshing spin that’s easily on par with the original. The recipe uses brewed green tea two ways, plus Natural Vitality’s magnesium supplement to perk up the drink with fresh lemon flavor. Bonus: It'll give your body an extra dose of magnesium, an essential mineral that plays a vital role in helping the body regulate other nutrients.
