Everyone loves pizza, but we all know ordering a pie topped with pepperoni and meatballs isn’t the healthiest option. But you don’t have to give up this crowd-pleasing favorite. With wholesome ingredients like organic free range chicken, whole grain crust, and organic cheese, pizza can totally be healthier than you think. And we’re willing to bet the whole family will think it tastes way better than delivery!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 whole grain pizza crust
1 can organic chicken or leftover rotisserie chicken, sliced
Sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Lightly coat pizza stone with olive oil. Spread dough across the stone and top it with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella. Sprinkle on a dash of cayenne pepper and pop that pizza into the oven at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese and crust have browned.
Go ahead and keep pizza night in the weekly rotation. Just choose better ingredients to keep the family happy and healthy.
