Meet Jared Stanley, vice president of cultivation and Jordan Stanley, assistant director of cultivation for Charlotte’s Web, a hemp extract oil brand based in Colorado. This amazing team built a business focusing on three values: quality, consistency, and integrity, and together, the Stanley brothers oversee the planting, harvesting, and processing of all the parts of the hemp plant that become concentrated into a single bottle—or balm, or capsule, depending on your preference.
