Gluten-Free, Vegan Chocolate Strawberry Truffles

Who doesn’t love a chocolate truffle? These decadent, bite-sized desserts evoke feelings of luxury and romance — even more so when they’re combined with strawberries.

These gluten-free and vegan truffles are made with all-natural ingredients, and get their sweetness from dates and strawberries. That’s right — no added sugar or sweetener! 3 cups walnuts
1 cup of soaked and pitted dates (soak until soft in filtered water)
5 strawberries
6 tablespoons cacao powder

Topping Suggestions:

Shredded organic unsweetened coconut
Chopped nuts


Blend walnuts in food processor. Add in dates and strawberries. Add cacao and continue to blend until all mixed well. Remove mixture to a bowl and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Remove from freezer and roll into truffle-sized balls. Roll in your topping of choice.
