How To Keep Greens Fresh

After a farmers market trip, greens are often the first vegetable to spoil. Because no one likes soggy spinach, try this simple trick!

Prolong the lifespan of greens by wrapping them loosely in a damp paper towel and storing them in a resealable plastic bag. That local arugula will last as much as four days longer.
