Once you see how simple it is to make these sweet potato chips at home, you’ll be hooked. And, since they’re baked instead of fried, it’s totally okay to indulge in a hearty serving.

Cumin-Spiced Sweet Potato Chips

Yield: 4 servings
Active Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 large sweet potato, peeled
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Pinch paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Using a mandolin or sharp knife, slice sweet potatoes into very thin rounds. Place in large bowl and toss with coconut oil, cumin, paprika, and salt.

Bake in oven 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Let cool fully—chips will firm up slightly as they cool.
