Chocolate Manuka Smoothie Recipe

For busy mornings, combine your caffeine buzz with breakfast and you’ll be out the door in no time. This creamy smoothie blends chocolate almond milk with banana, chia seeds, and instant espresso powder to kickstart your day. For even more fuel, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder before blending.

Chocolate Manuka Smoothie

Yield: 2 smoothies
Active Time:


1 large banana
1 ½ cups chocolate almond milk
1 ½ cups ice
Drizzle of Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey KFactor 16
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder


Add all ingredients to a blender. On low speed, slowly mix everything together for 2 to 3 minutes, bumping the speed up to high for the last few seconds. Serve immediately.
