Make Your Own Vegan 'Butter' With Just 4 Ingredients

Believe it or not, combining creamy avocado oil and coconut oil creates a super spreadable vegan "butter." A pinch of turmeric makes the spread look even more like the real thing.

Vegan Butter

Yield: 1 small jar
Active Time:

Ingredients

1/3 cup coconut oil, softened
1/4 cup avocado oil
Small pinch turmeric
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together until smooth and
free of lumps. Scrape into a resealable glass jar and place in fridge to set. Store in fridge for up to two months.
