What to do when motivation runs low? Most of us turn to music for a little exercise mojo. But it turns out, listening to your favorite tunes isn't just a pleasant distracton—some studies have actually found that listening to music actually makes the physical exertion of exercise feel easier.

So keep those headphones handy. When it comes to getting in a better workout, music is definitely your best exercise partner.
