How about an ultra-photogenic green smoothie bowl? Her version is rich in beautifying ingredients: glow-inducing, hair-strengthening healthy fat from avocado, and free radical–fighting antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E from greens. And don’t forget about all the luscious fruit!

Active Time: 5 minutes
½ avocado
2 medium bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
2 cups hemp milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
For topping
Raspberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Sunflower seeds
Flaxseed
Blend all ingredients on high. Pour into bowl and top with berries and seeds. Enjoy!
