A 5-Minute, Supermodel-Approved Green Smoothie Bowl

In 2009, supermodel Kate Moss uttered her infamous words to Women’s Wear Daily: “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.” You can guess how we feel about that—not cool! Good thing our go-to glamour girl, Molly Sims, has a motto of her own: “Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.”

“Healthy” isn’t all about gnawing on carrots only, all day long, either. Just ask Molly—girlfriend likes to eat! So, what’s this supermodel’s idea of a nutritious yet indulgent treat? How about an ultra-photogenic green smoothie bowl? Her version is rich in beautifying ingredients: glow-inducing, hair-strengthening healthy fat from avocado, and free radical–fighting antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E from greens. And don’t forget about all the luscious fruit!

Press play to see how to make your own clean, green smoothie bowl that will help you feel gorgeous from the inside out.
