Beat The Heat With These Refreshing Coconut Water Ice Pops

Last Update: September 29, 2022

The simple combination of coconut water and fresh fruit tastes even more satisfying as temperatures rise. On a hot late summer day, there’s not much better than these fruity frozen treats.

Coconut Water Ice Pops With Fruit

Yield: 6 popsicles
Active Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 4 hours

1 cup chopped fresh fruit, such as berries, mango, or pineapple
1 1/2 cups coconut water

Special equipment: popsicle mold

Divide fresh fruit between 6 popsicle molds and pour in coconut water. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.

To unmold the popsicles, run each mold under warm water for 5 seconds to help loosen the treats.
