Caramel and Macadamia Bliss Balls Recipe

Last Update: September 27, 2022

Ready to get blissed out? Try a bliss ball! It’s a flavorful, slightly tropical mashup of rich macadamia nuts, cacao butter, honey, cinnamon, shredded coconut, and EMCT oil. The ‘E’ stands for emulsified, so this MCT oil will not only help your body quickly convert food into energy, but it’s perfectly smooth so you can easily add it to snacks like this, your morning coffee, or even a bowl of soup. The recipe makes a couple dozen so you can enjoy them all week or even share a few with your workout buddies!

Caramel and Macadamia Bliss Balls

Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups macadamia nuts
1 ¾ cups shredded coconut, divided
¼ cup cacao butter
3 tablespoons Natural Force Caramel EMCT Oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Add macadamia nuts and 1 cup shredded coconut to a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add cacao butter, EMCT oil, honey, and cinnamon; process until combined.
