Chamomile and Honey Latte Recipe

Is there anything more comforting than a pot of chamomile tea? When you add a drizzle of honey and blend it with frothy almond milk, it’s pretty much the perfect way to relax. The raw Manuka honey we use is extra special, too. Each bottle is made by New Zealand honeybees and prized for its naturally occurring live enzymes.

Chamomile and Honey Latte

Yield: 1 drink
Active Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes


½ cup water
1 bag Numi Balance Wellness Tea With Moringa, Chamomile & Blackberry Leaf
1 teaspoon Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey KFactor 16
1 cup milk or almond milk
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for serving


Add water to a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat. Once boiling, turn off heat and add tea bag; steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and stir in the honey.

On low heat, add milk and cinnamon. Blend with an immersion blender until frothy, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour latte into a mug and top with a sprinkle of extra cinnamon.
