2 ¼ cups unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
½ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup cacao powder
2 (6-ounce) packets Sun Chlorella Powder Supplement
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted/schema]
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
Add toasted coconut to a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Remove about ¼ cup to a flat plate. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until a dough forms. Scoop dough using a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon and roll it in your hands until smooth. Flatten it with your palm, then pinch each side to shape it into a square. Roll in the coconut, then place on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Repeat with remaining bites and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
