Hey, parents! We’ve got a go-to recipe you can feel good about feeding your kiddos. This savory shortstack is picky eater-approved and filled with a creamy and delicious potato and kale mash. Just add milk and eggs to Amara’s organic purée for an easy dinner they’ll gobble up (along with added vitamin C and protein, too). This recipe (and more) can be found on the side of every box!

2 pouches Amara Potato and Kale Mash
⅓ cup milk
1 egg
Coconut oil, for cooking
Stir potato and kale pouches with milk and egg in a large bowl until smooth. Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Drop ¼ cup batter into pan and spread it with the bottom of the measuring cup. Cook for 3 minutes, or until golden. Flip and cook for 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining pancakes, adding additional coconut oil as needed. Remove and serve!
