This ice cream recipe is definitely a winner in the hide-some-veggies-in-your-dessert department. Why? Because there’s a scoop of Moringa powder (aka green superfood) that you can’t even taste! Instead, you’ll enjoy refreshing peppermint and rich chocolate with every bite, plus some sweetness from raw honey. Consider this your official warning to get a spoon ready for midnight snacking.

2 cups cold heavy cream
1 cup cold whole milk
½ cup honey
1 scoop Kuli Kuli Organic Moringa Powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
⅔ cup dark chocolate chips
Mint, for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream, milk, honey, moringa powder, salt, and peppermint extract. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. When ice cream reaches soft-serve consistency, add chocolate chips. Pour mixture into shallow loaf pan; freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Scoop into bowls and garnish with mint.
