The Quickest, Easiest Paleo-Friendly Treat? 5-Ingredient Fudge

Use holiday cookie cutters to cut this five-ingredient fudge into kid-friendly shapes!

Paleo Fudge

Yield: 4 servings
Active Time:

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Line an 8x8-inch square tin with parchment paper and set aside.

Place all ingredients together in the bowl of a food processor and process until well combined and the mixture comes together to form a ball. Press evenly into the bottom of the tin and place in the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour to harden.

Using cookie cutters, cut into desired shapes. Store in fridge.

    WOW this is super delicious! I didn't have honey so I used agave instead. However, my mixture did not turn into a ball, it is summertime and the coconut oil was on the liquidy side so I just poured in into the pan. Thank you for this awesome recipe!
