Use holiday cookie cutters to cut this five-ingredient fudge into kid-friendly shapes!
Yield: 4 servings
Active Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line an 8×8-inch square tin with parchment paper and set aside.
Place all ingredients together in the bowl of a food processor and process until well combined and the mixture comes together to form a ball. Press evenly into the bottom of the tin and place in the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour to harden.
Using cookie cutters, cut into desired shapes. Store in fridge.
