Fresh cucumbers, mint leaves, and tart green apple make for a refreshing, digestion-boosting combination. It’s the perfect drink for hitting the reset button after a big holiday meal.
Yield: 2 to 4 smoothies

1 english cucumber
1 large or 2 medium-sized green apples, cored
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup mint leaves
Juice of 3 limes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve cold, with ice cubes if desired.
