This easy-as-pie kit comes with enough organic canned pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and graham-cracker crusts for four pies. The only fresh ingredients you'll need are a few eggs and a lemon. Baking the perfect pumpkin pies couldn't be easier!

2 eggs plus the yolk of a third egg, lightly beaten
1 can pumpkin puree
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest (optional)
1 12-ounce can of evaporated milk
1 graham cracker crust
Place eggs in a large bowl and beat lightly with whisk. Stir in pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon zest. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into graham cracker
Bake for 10 minutes, then without opening the oven door reduce the temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until the center is no longer jiggly and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool and serve.
