No-churn frozen yogurt—have any four words ever sounded so sweet? Finally, it’s possible to make the classic, cool summer treat at home without an ice cream machine. Thick Greek-style yogurt has all the richness of heavy cream and the added bonus of health-boosting probiotics, while frozen strawberries and raw honey bring the sweetness you crave without the refined sugar.

26 ounces frozen strawberries
2 cups Greek-style yogurt
1/2 cup raw honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Chopped pistachios, for toppingÂ
Cacao nibs, for toppingÂ
Pulse strawberries in a food processor fitted with the blade attachment until the mixture resembles crushed ice. Add yogurt, honey, and lemon zest and process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a metal container or parchment paper-lined standard loaf pan. Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours to set. Serve topped with pistachios, cacao nibs, or any other add-ons you like.
