Thick Greek-style yogurt has all the richness of heavy cream and the added bonus of health-boosting probiotics, while frozen strawberries and raw honey bring the sweetness you crave without the refined sugar.

Pulse strawberries in a food processor fitted with the blade attachment until the mixture resembles crushed ice. Add yogurt, honey, and lemon zest and process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a metal container or parchment paper-lined standard loaf pan. Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours to set. Serve topped with pistachios, cacao nibs, or any other add-ons you like.
