Vanilla Bean Dessert Hummus Recipe

May 2nd, 2019

Hummus might be firmly planted in the savory category, and with good reason—it’s a protein-fueled wonder snack. But today we’re giving it a sweet twist. That’s right, hummus for … dessert! This bean dip is the perfect post-dinner nibble with the addition of vanilla beans, vanilla extract, a sugar replacement, and non-dairy milk. Serve it with fruit slices for a satisfying—yet guilt-free—nosh.
