Green Smoothie Popsicles
Yield: 20 mini popsicles

2 ripe mangos, peeled, flesh cut away from pit 1 avocado, peeled and pitted 1 ripe banana, peeled 2 handfuls spinach 2 cups coconut water
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until fully smooth.
Pour smoothie into small paper cups or popsicle molds, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze a minimum of 4 hours. To unmold popsicles, run the molds under warm water 5 seconds to loosen from molds.
