Who Needs Smoothies When You Can Make Tropical Green Popsicles?

In the summer heat, there’s nothing like a popsicle to cool you down. But your icy treat doesn't need to come loaded with sugar and artificial colors. These creamy, fruity pops are loaded with heart-healthy fats and vitamins A, C, E, and iron—with no hint of spinach, we promise.

Green Smoothie Popsicles

Yield: 20 mini popsicles
Active Time:

2 ripe mangos, peeled, flesh cut away from pit
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 ripe banana, peeled
2 handfuls spinach
2 cups coconut water

Green popsicles

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until fully smooth.

Pour smoothie into small paper cups or popsicle molds, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze a minimum of 4 hours. To unmold popsicles, run the molds under warm water 5 seconds to loosen from molds.
