Great substitute for pasta

I love the texture and flavor of this product and how easily it holds sauces. It would be great if they could make a thicker noodle.

- Aaryn

Just throw them in a bowl of hot broth and let them sit (per directions) while you're preparing the rest of your recipe... then throw them into your pan along with the rest of the ingredients just before serving. If you do this the light dusting of starch adds to whatever sauce is there and thickens it slightly. I'm fond of things that are great but minimalize my efforts to throw together a weeknight dinner.

Light Taste

I absolutely love this product! It is so easy to prepare and takes on the taste of whatever you decide to add to it. There are a couple of recipes on the box or try your own. Great with stir fried veggies and/or a protein like chicken, tofu, shrimp, etc. A new/different staple in my pantry and it's healthier than other noodles that I've tried.

More than pad thai

I love pad thai and having the noodles on hand to make pad thai rather than eating out all the time was the inspiration for this purchase. However, I have been experimenting with the noodles and have found that they are good for a lot of different dishes that use noodles. I love the flavor of these noodles and it is easy to only use the amount I need to use at the time. I think they make the perfect chicken noodle soup.

Happy surprise

Looks and tastes just like white rice noodles! Will be purchasing again.

Great for stand-alone meal

Excellent taste, much thicker than "Annie Chun's Maifun Brown Rice Noodles." These noodles are quite and can also be eaten alone without any other stir-fry ingredients (veggies, meat, etc.) mixed in: All you need is soy sauce and (and maybe some cayenne pepper if you love spicey food)!

These are SOOOOO Good!!! Totally met my pasta craving, yet I didn't feel the need to overindulge. Filling, delicious, and quick to make. Thank you Annie Chun!!!
