sweet almond body oil
I was itching from other lotions that I thought had less chemicals in them. This stuff soaks right in, is not greasy and doesn't make me itch.
Was looking forward to try this one. Disappointed due to the fact I wanted to smell the sweet almond, if there is a scent it is very light. Don't think I will buy again.
I am a massage therapist and I use this for all my clients that do not have nut allergies. Great for their skin, no scent and doesnt leave you feeling greasy. A bottle this size I can use for atleast ten full body massages. Great product
Love the Almond Oil
Love the Almond Oil. It goes on smooth and is not too heavy.
May be great-very thin, so we used too much the first few times & it stayed too "greasy" for too long, but it did seem to make skin feel much softer, we will have to use much less to really tell, but like the feel & love that it doesn't have anything toxic!
Whole Body Oil
This is a very useful oil. I am starting to use it in replacement of traditional skin lotions. I use it on my face or body, as a carrier oil for mixing essential oils. It has a pleasing, lite scent.
I have super-dry skin on my body and it's a constant effort to moisturize it adequately. For a while, I was using plain coconut oil (which is solid in my house 3 seasons of the year) between showers. That works pretty well, but it does smell like coconut, and I'm not crazy about that. This Sweet Almond Body Oil is every bit as moisturizing as the coconut oil had been (maybe even better), but is easier to apply and has only a very faint smell that I love! Great product!
A bit on the light side
I like this almond oil, but it's not a five star for me, because I find that the oil is too thin and not as heavy as another brand that I used to use that has been discontinued. I have really flaky skin, and I need my almond oil to come out like motor oil, thick, with great viscosity, and this doesn't have quite the thickness that I wanted. It does the job well enough, but I still find that my skin is a bit on the dry side after about four or five hours, and being that I work construction, I can't really avoid the elements, so I need an oil that's going to stand up to the punishment my skin goes through, and this isn't as protective as I want.

Great after bath lotion
I use this sweet almond oil as a conditioner after a shower or bath, while my skin is a little damp. It glides on smooth, smells wonderful and has a calming and soothing effect on my entire body. It doesn't have any added fragrances or perfumes, so no chemical fears. It relieves my dry skin and leaves it feeling soft throughout the day without needing another application. Can't say enough good things about this oil.

Lighter than I thought it would be
For some reason, I ordered this thinking the oil would be thicker than it is, but this consistency was actually quite light, even lighter than olive oil, which I also use for my skin. That kind of threw me off, so this review may seem a little negative, but it isn't. The oil is pretty good actually, and it moisturizes my skin well, but I wanted a heavier liquid just because my skin is so dry and I wanted an oil that goes on thick. But either way, it's not the end of the world, it still works.

So Many Uses
My ex-boyfriend introduced me to sweet almond oil, and I've been using it every since. It seems like it does so many things around the house that I'm always impressed. I've especially been in love with using it to remove make-up. Use a little bit and scrub onto the face, and it pulls off almost all of my make-up pretty well. It is oil, though, so I always make sure to thoroughly wash my face after using it.

I used to use body lotion until one day my friend introduced me to body oil. Then, after I joined Thrive Market, I found this sweet almond body oil and absolutely loved it. It has a hint of almond scent that is super good and goes great with my vanilla body spay. It leaves my skin shiny and soft. I like to use this after shaving as it is a great moisturizer and it goes a long way to elongate my legs. A great body oil!
