Works Pretty Well
I found a recipe online that called for this to make a healthy, no-bake cookie dough that was safe to eat. It definitely tasted like some sort of cookie dough, but I'm not sure I was in love with this flour. It has a unique taste, and it honestly tastes a bit grainy. Some experimentation has helped my cookie dough taste a bit less grainy, so I'm happy about that. It works pretty well!

Pay less with Thrive
I use Bob's brown rice flour for all my baking needs, and I haven't gone back to wheat. It bakes up great muffins and cookies, and is a prime ingredient in my gluten free pancakes.

Outstanding flour if you're off wheat
Brown rice flour is a really good alternative to wheat flour if you're cutting wheat or you can't eat wheat.
It has a hearty flavor that reminds me of wheat, but it its own taste entirely. There's no real limit to how you can use this flour. I've done a lot of pie crusts with it, and used it for wheat-free cookies. My wife says it works great in her sauces, and she's even made eggrolls with it.

This flour does everything!
Wow is all I can say. This brown rice flour is a godsend. Most gluten-free stuff I've tried tasted like sandpaper droppings and cardboard. This brand of brown rice flour is the best!
I use it to make everything, from pancakes and pizza crust, to chips. The homemade chips take a little while to prepare and cook, but they are so worth the work and wait. I make a lot of pie shells, cookies, and cakes with this brown rice and freeze them for another day. They always come out tasting great!
