Château de Miniere

Château de Minière is a historic winery in France's Loire Valley, dating back to the 15th century, with vines between 50 and 100 years old growing on limestone-rich hillsides. The estate was acquired in 2010 by Kathleen Van den Berghe and her husband, who now produces organic and biodynamic wines with minimal intervention, including their popular sparkling Cabernet Franc, Bulles de Minière.
