Manini's was born when one family set out to create Gluten Free foods that tasted as good as the real thing, so their celiac daughter never had to miss out. Today their Ancient Grain flours, pasta & bread are made in a dedicated gluten-, wheat-, peanut-, soy- & shellfish-free facility with non-GMO ingredients.
