SmartSweets Sweet Story

SmartSweets was founded by 21-year old Tara Bosch (Founder + CEO) in 2016. Founder Tara started SmartSweets after her love affair with candy turned into an unhealthy relationship with food - and she experienced the negative effects of excess sugar on her health. She tried to eat less sugar, but that only led her to crave more candy. This sparked her quest to Kick Sugar, Keep Candy! After spending months recipe testing in her kitchen with a gummy bear mold she bought off Amazon, Founder Tara innovated the first delicious candy without the sugar!
