Sun Noodle began in 1981 when its founder arrived in Hawai'i from Japan with a suitcase & a noodle machine, on a mission to share the best Japanese noodles. Now a third-generation family craft, their ramen, udon, saimin & more carry the spirit of aloha in every strand.
