Tillen Farms is dedicated to making your next cocktail more enjoyable - the natural way. The company believes in using only the freshest ingredients and supports organic farms across Oregon and Washington.
With a host of high-quality garnishes, including a wide variety of pickled vegetables, every Tillen Farms product is designed to give your favorite drink the extra "something" it needs.
The History of Tillen Farms
Tillen Farms is part of the Stonewall Kitchen family of brands that got its start at a New Hampshire farmer's market nearly 30 years ago.
The company was founded by two friends in a summer cottage and quickly grew to become a household name. Tillen Farms became a part of the Stonewall family in 2018, carrying on its rich tradition of premium cocktail garnishes made from fresh produce grown in the Pacific Northwest.
With a "flash pasteurization" method that eliminates the need for artificial additives, you're getting pure pickled goodness in every jar.
Tillen Farms Company Mission
All Tillen Farms products are naturally gluten- and nut-free, and most are also certified Kosher and non-GMO. The company strives to create delicious, fat-free, low-calorie garnishes that take every cocktail from good to exceptional.
Benefits of Tillen Farms

- Non-GMO Project Verified
- Vegan- and vegetarian-friendly
- Certified gluten-free
- Recyclable packaging
Top Tillen Farms Products
Tillen Farms makes a number of unique products, and at Thrive Market we're proud to offer some of our favorites, including:
Bada Bing Cherries
These hefty fruits are twice the size of a normal maraschino cherry, and are harvested and packed when they're at their ripest. Whether you're just looking for a snack or a garnish to your cocktail, these U.S.-grown organic cherries are sure to be a hit.
Mild Dilly Beans
Preserved with a hint of dill, these flavorful green beans are just a bit sour and add an irresistible crunch. Grown in Washington's Yakima Valley, they’re great in a Bloody Mary or on a salad.
Mild Pickled Asparagus
This is one of the first two products Tillen Farms ever made, and it endures to this day because it's just too good to resist. These garlicky, crunchy asparagus spears pair well with salted meat and, of course, a Bloody Mary.
