On the Whole30, dressings and sauces are life. They make it easy to add variety and flavor to your meals, and effortlessly pull simple ingredients together. But they’re not always easy to find without added sugar, soy, or dairy. Our new line of Whole30 dressings and sauces—created as part of an exclusive collaboration with Thrive Market—were inspired by co-founder Melissa Urban’s own kitchen creations, and made with ingredients that go beyond the Whole30 standards. (Just this once, you can skip the label-reading.) Make your next Whole30 tastier and more convenient than ever with bright, bold flavors your whole family will love.
The History of Whole30
Changing your life one meal at a time has never been easier with our NEW line of Whole30 salad dressings and dipping sauces.
Whole30® has been changing lives since 2009, when co-founder Melissa Urban blogged about the life-changing magic of her self-designed 30-day dietary experiment. After eliminating certain food groups for 30 straight days, her energy was through the roof, she was sleeping so much better, cravings had all but disappeared, and people at work said she was “so much nicer.” It was also the first time in years that she was able to get off the scale and out of the mirror, coming away with new healthy habits and a redefined relationship with food. She shared the experience on her blog in July 2009, typing up a rudimentary list of guidelines, and invited her readers to try it—the first ever group Whole30..
Since then, millions of people have transformed their health, habits and relationship with food with the Whole30, and the community has grown well beyond a blog. Today, Whole30 has 130 Whole30 Approved® partner brands like Applegate, LaCroix, Epic, and Primal Kitchen; an official Whole30 Salad Bowl at Chipotles nationwide; 200 Whole30 Certified Coaches around the world; and a combined fan and following base of more than 4 million people, checking in from 230 countries. Oh, and now, our first ever line of salad dressings and dipping sauces!
Whole30 empowers you to achieve health on your own terms. Our tagline is “change your life in 30 days,” and our mission is to ensure that anyone who wants to participate in the Whole30 program feels welcomed, represented, and respected, and has the access, resources, and support to complete the program successfully. However, our community extends far beyond those who complete our 30-day program. Our partners, projects, and offerings are designed not only to serve our followers, but to enact change in all of the systems in which we operate. As a health and wellness company that thrives because of people’s real life commitments to our program and its partners, Whole30 is committed to building and advocating for greater awareness around issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Top Whole30 Products
Whole30 Salad Dressings and Dipping Sauces are brand new, but here are a few of our team’s favorites.
Whole30 House Ranch
"Whole30 Ranch is something you can feel good about feeding your whole family. Made with high-quality, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, you'll save yourself the time and mess of making your own without compromising on quality. Even the pickiest eater in your household will be convinced to eat more veggies!"–Stephanie Greunke, Whole30 Registered Dietitian
Whole30 Secret Sauce:
“‘Fry Sauce’ is the ubiquitous condiment served with burgers and fries throughout Utah. Our version elevates the classic flavor, turning this love-child of mayo, ketchup, and BBQ into a creamy, dreamy sauce that goes with everything.” –Melissa Urban, Whole30 CEO
Whole30 Elderberry Vinaigrette:
“This reminds me of our debutante spinach salads with berry vinaigrette, except that vinaigrette got a total upgrade. Our version has all the nostalgia and none of the syrupy sweetness. The touch of elderberry juice, the bite of apple cider vinegar, that punch of fresh herbs and spices–our version is perfect for salads and saucy marinades.” –Dr. Carrie Kholi-Murchison, Whole30 Director of People and Culture
