It’s official: our members are totally wild about Wild Zora. This snack brand has it all, including gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and AIP diet options that deliver nutrients like protein and vitamin A. Here’s what some of our members love most. The BBQ Beef flavor is one of the brand’s original creations, and it’s still a huge hit. Esther from Ga. says it’s her favorite flavor, and she always keeps one in her bag. Leslie from Wash. is on the autoimmune protocol, and packs the Mediterranean Lamb option to use as her “emergency food” in case she’s hungry with no meal in sight. Wild Zora also makes a soup mix, which comes in handy for quick dinners when you don’t have time to let the pot simmer all day. Chasidy from Tenn. finds the packets easy to fix, especially for a desk lunch at the office.
The History of Wild Zora
In 2011, Josh and Zora Tabin started experimenting with gluten-free and paleo diets because they noticed many of the sugary, grain-filled snacks on the market weren’t making their family feel good. By 2013, they’d developed an alternative that combined both meat and veggies. In their Colorado kitchen, the couple began mixing up dehydrated grass-fed beef with fresh veggies from their backyard garden, and the family loved it! Several years later, Zora met Dawn Anderson, co-founder of Paleo Meals to Go. Their companies shared similar missions and values, and in 2018, Wild Zora acquired Paleo Meals to Go to provide even more delicious and convenient snacks to all.
Wild Zora Company Mission
Wild Zora believes everyone deserves a healthy snack alternative. This brand waves goodbye to added sugar and high-carb ingredients in favor of better options that help you sustain energy levels and eat a little healthier.
Benefits of Wild Zora
Every meat and veggie bar is made in Wild Zora’s USDA Certified kitchen in Fort Collins, Colorado. All the meat is fully grass-fed and humanely raised on open pastures, with no antibiotics or added growth hormones. Animal welfare is Wild Zora’s top priority, so the company’s team always travels to meet suppliers personally to ensure farmers and ranchers share the same values. In addition to being made with top-quality meat, Wild Zora’s bars are gluten-free. Its facility follows Good Manufacturing Practices to limit cross-contamination, and the bars are tested by a third party at least three times per year for traces of gluten, dairy, and nuts.
