Reviews For Organic Chipotle Pepper Sauce, Hot

Based on 5 Reviews

Great Sauce!

This is a really tasty hot sauce. I worry when I see vinegar listed as the #1 ingredient (I tend to not like my sauces to be too vinegary) but the apple cider vinegar doesn't drown out the rest of the spices in this sauce. It's not very spicy and the dark smoky flavor from the chipotle peppers does a good job of rounding out the sweet tart apple cider vinegar.

The African spices are really interesting and that's the thing that sets this apart; it kind of reminds me of a spicy African peanut soup I have had. If you're looking for something a little different, give this a try!

One last note: the pour spout is unobstructed and nice and wide which is really nice (seriously, I don't know why they install those plastic things that inevitably end up getting clogged). I like a lot of hot sauce on my food and this bottle rewards people who want to dump a lot of sauce quickly.

CHIPOLTE HOT SAUCE

I LOVE THE SMOOTH TEXTURE AND FLAVOR. SPICY BUT TOLERABLE

The Best!

This is a great sauce! I use it to make homemade Chipotle mayo, by itself, on rice and on veggies. Usually go through 3 bottles a month, myself!

Delicious

Just the right amount of heat and nothing particularly offensive in the ingredient list. This is what a chipotle-based hot sauce should be. Plus, it's affordable here on Thrive. I think I'd better stock up, because this bottle of mine won't last long.
