I love this bread! When I first made it, I liked it enough to make it again. After a few times I started kneading it a bit longer, the results were SO worth it! I'm not talking about a lot of work - just kneading until it is smooth, as the directions say. Not more than a few minutes, really, but the results were excellent. It is even better toasted! Great for an egg and bacon sandwich. I sometimes add a little cayenne pepper to the mix for an extra kick. I totally agree with the directions that sharp cheese works best. Love this stuff! Oh yes, my husband, who is NOT gluten free, also prefers this to his own bread.

I spread it thin like a focaccia and really enjoy it. I don't understand why it says cheese bread as you have to add the cheese. Nonetheless, it is an interesting alternative for gluten free/sensitive people. :)

Don't have the gluten free grit
Family really enjoyed these. They don't have that gluten free grit said my husband. A little rubbery. Cook them for a few minutes less that specifies.
I have been working at switching to gluten free products and find this one fails for me. I followed directions but the biscuits I made were a moist, rubbery consistency. I did not like or will buy this mix again. I have made gluten free pizza from a mix and the texture was light and delicious.
I buy very few mixes. They just aren't my style plus most things are just as easy to make from scratch. Add to this our gluten-free program ...let's say I can't recall why I tried these the first time but I did on a whim. They are delicious. My youngest son can't get enough of them. They are tasty indeed and are very much like the type we have at Brazilian steakhouses! When these are in stock I order 6 boxes at a time.
This was very tasty. I expected it to be a little blah, but it had a great taste and hubby agreed! He asked me to order more!
Have used prior but couldn't find in grocery store by us so found on Thrive. Love it. Very delicious. I may try cutting I half since too much for two people.
I love these little gluten free cheesy rolls! I've been making them with cheddar but asiago would be delicious too. The easiest gluten free bread bites I've found!
Loved it! I've been buying the frozen variety. These are nicer because you can add your own cheese and different types of oil and they don't need a freezer. Yum!
My kids love these! They make a great accompaniment to soups and stews.

My brother introduced us to these years ago, and my kids just gobble them up! Easy to make and delicious when hot, they are the perfect thing to go with soup on a cold winter day!

Makes great biscuits, you can't tell that they are gluten-free
I was hoping these would come out similar to the biscuits I had years ago at a Red Lobster, unfortunately they were nothing like that. They are hard to mix (very sticky) and they didn't get very big after I threw them into the oven. Also they were almost tasteless...I added in the cheese like it suggested on the directions and I could barely taste it. They were very hard on the outside while airy, soft and chewy on the inside. I don't think I will buy these again just based on how difficult I found it to get the dough combined and them being fairly tasteless.

Yummy Brazilian Cheese Buns (Pão de Queijo)
I'm not a baker, but these cheesy buns were super easy to make and the ingredients are very "clean". I used cheddar cheese but I'll next try shredded Parmesan. They're not traditionally made with herbs but I'll try using rosemary next time for extra kick. After making these I tried a "from scratch" recipe I found online and they turned out like pancakes. I think I'll stick with this foolproof mix!
