Color Kitchen, Blue Food Coloring

I had to use the whole packet to achieve the color I wanted in my buttercream. But my buttercream was more on the yellow side to be fair. It turned out a beautiful blue. Happy with it

This food dye is perfect if you want a good food dye without harsh chemicals in it.

I love the ingredients but I also love the color blue this makes!

I wish I could attach a picture to this, but I made blueberries and cream rolls (instead of cinnamon rolls) and used both packets to dye the dough blue! It was such a beautiful color and did not effect the taste too much. It was slightly earthy, but with my sourdough and honey mixture it came out delicious. Though you would might need to ferment a longer time. Normally I only need to ferment my dough 8-12 hours, but it took about 16-20 hours for it to properly ferment with this in it. nonetheless, they were amazing!! Will buy again!

Used this in homemade frosting. The frosting was a slightest shade of blue and speckled blue from the powder that didn’t mix
