Reviews For Thin Spaghetti

Awesome spaghetti noodles!
Pasta is pasta...which includes gluten.
Buying pasta is a kind of a crapshoot. You really have to buy a lot of brands, before you find the one that kind of matches your taste. De Cecco is ok, and I bought it on Thrive, because it has a good price. But the truth is that this isn't a great pasta, it's just ok. I wouldn't say it stands out that much, it's a decent pasta, but it's nothing that would make you jump out of your seat.

My go to pasta
I used to buy a lot of Ronzoni, but I switched to De Cecco, which I love. It's non GMO, has not fats, is low in sugar and just cooks up perfect each time. I actually buy the entire range of De Cecco pasta, and they're all good, especially the penne rigate and the fusilli. I like the thin spaghetti because it's softer and more tender than the regular spaghetti.

Glad I Found It
I moved to a rural city out in Nebraska this year, and finding some of my favorites has been impossible. I used to have this all the time, but ordering it off the internet (since I can't find it in stores!) was just way, way too expensive. Now it's not. My Thrive membership is easily going to pay off in the savings from just this. I finally can have my beloved pasta again. Thank you so much!

Nice and firm
Finding the right pasta can be difficult. For me, the perfect spaghetti is solid and holds up firm against a meat sauce.
DeCeccos' thin spaghetti cooks up moist and tender, but retains a nice bite. It's awesome for spaghetti and meatballs, but I've also used it in my special soup and it holds up well in that too.

Good pasta even when you over boil
If you're like me, you've had lots of spaghetti that goes mushy if you boil it one minute past the time on the label.
This thin spaghetti doesn't do that. I made a mistake and left it boiling an extra two minutes, and when I drained it, I feared the worst, but it held up really well. Firm and flavorful, great with my clam sauce.
