Reviews For Vegan Vitamin D 800IU
Based on 2 Reviews
My doctor told me I need to take this supplement because it would help with my MS symptoms. I trust her and am on my second bottle. I don't seem to hurt as badly and haven't had a flare up in a few months, so I believe she knows what she's talking about. These are inexpensive and great quality, so I'm going to continue to use these. An added benefit is that I've experienced no unpleasant side effects from them!!
I have been taking one of these daily all through the winter because I don't spend as much time outdoors. I can't tell a huge difference than from when I wasnt taking them, but I havent being feeling down like have have in past winter seasons and I've also avoided colds for a long while. I have also been taking the Deva multi-vitamin. These are very small and don't stink. Deva seems to be of good quality and value whether your vegan or not.
