Look forward to adding this healthy oil to my diet
So far, I have just used this on my salads with kelp noodles. It is delicious solely on its own, but I would love to experiment with some asian style dressing ideas, soups, and stir frys! Cannot wait to add this versitile oil to more dishes! The taste is so satisfying.

Best sesame oil
This is one of few brand that offer organic non-filtered toasted sesame oil. I love to put it on almost everything.
New pantry staple
This is my first time buying and cooking with sesame oil, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but this one is really good. Just the smell alone is amazing! I used it to make cauliflower fried rice and it added a nice subtle flavor. I look forward to finding other uses for this oil.
This is tasty and I love it in my cabbage Asian salad.
Used this last night with my zucchini noodles, broccoli stir fry. The last bottle I had the flavor was a bit strong. This was a perfect balance that really brought the flavors out in my food.
Used this in one of Dr. Hyman's recipes and my husband keeps going on and on about how delicious it was. Big hit.

Amazing Sesame Oil!
Just got my second bottle. I use it in just about every Asian style dish I make. I also love to use it as a finishing oil with rice wine vinegar on my salad greens. Also excellent when added to scrambled eggs. The toasted flavor is what makes it super delicious and a pantry staple.
Makes veggies awesome!
I love this oil and use it on steamed or stir fried veggies like asparagus, broccoli and cabbage with a little coarse sea salt. It is a must in my kitchen cabinet. The tastiest toasted sesame oil I've found.

True Sesame Oil
It's rare to find a really well-made sesame oil. A lot of them seem to be American-ized or really bland, but this one is about perfect. Most of my Asian family vouches for this as their favorite. You can really taste the nutty flavor in it, and it's perfect.
I have heard some various rumors and read forum topics about this company being particularly religious, though, so that may be something you want to investigate if that's important to you.
Great Asian flavors
There's nothing quite as common as toasted sesame oil when it comes to Asian food. It's got a distinct and aromatic scent that is unmistakeable, and it just enhances food, from shrimp to braised pork to chicken and beef.
It also makes a pretty mean salad dressing, although you need to add some organic maple syrup to take some of the tartness away.

Authentic Asian cuisine flavors
When I go to my favorite Chinese restaurant, I love the smell of sesame oil from the kitchen. But I know that store bought sesame oil is loaded with sugar and sodium.
So I invested in Eden Foods' sesame oil, which is pure sesame oil with nothing added in. It's perfect for stir fry dishes, but I also like to marinate chicken and beef with it for a deep-seated flavor that's hard to beat.

Great Cooking Additive
I was diagnosed with food allergies about a month ago. It was a relief to finally know why I've been so sick. The trouble is, I had no idea what I could eat. The list of "bad" foods was very long.
Reading recipes online, I came across several Asian inspired meal which had ingredients I could handle. Plus, it's cholesterol free, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, preservative free, no artificial ingredients, colors or dyes, and great tasting!
