New Formula! Addictive and AMAZING!
Epic has reformulated these with coconut oil so they are now soft and almost candy like, but with only about 8g of sugar per bag. I buy these by the case, and they make up a good portion of my lunches during the week. Ignore the previous reviews, they are for the old formula (which still hasn't been updated by Thrive, but they shipped me the new formula this week). Old formula was really hard to chew, this one is soft and oily and ohmg delicious!
Not my favorite of Epic
Love Epic, but these I'm not a fan of. Very strong salmon taste and very hard to chew.
As a pescatarian it's hard to find good fish jerky. This stuff is AWESOME! It isn't nearly as fishy as most fish jerkies, is wild-caught from what look to be sustainable fishing practices, and yum... the dill flavor is great. I wish Thrive offered these in the bars, as I like this flavor more than the other kind, but I'm happy to have found this. Good stuff.
Love the Epic brand so I tried but they were very strongly fishy in order and much harder to chew then expected. Didn't get any sweetness either. Good size and good way to grab protein but not a easy snack.

I was nervous but they are tasty! Really just tastes like jerky with a little salmon after taste.

I was a bit skeptical, but when I tried these delicious little bites I was impressed. They are a marvelous afternoon snack, filling and tasty!
Good to have around.
I was curious about this snack. Wasn't disappointed.
I am an EPIC FAN. But so far, both tries of the salmon have been disappointing. These were super tough to chew, and like the EPIC salmon bar, very salty. I was looking for the maple and dill flavors and didn't find them.
This is a handy thing to take for keeping the blood sugar steady.
These are good. Not great, but good. I would buy them again based on how handy they are for a quick snack while on the go. It will keep you going. I might like it better if it had just a hint more sweetness. I still recommend them.
I usually try and keep to a lean meat diet so I was very excited to try these. They are very delicious and a great source of protein. I brought a couple packs along on our family hike this weekend and three out of the four of us really enjoyed them. They are a bit pricier than I'd like and a couple pieces were just a tad too salty.
These taste great, and are perfect for on-the-go. They are a lot like jerky - so expect a hard, dry-ish texture, expect to chew. Growing up with fresh venison jerky, I expected this. I LOVE them! Thanks for a fish version!
I find these dry and gross. My kids both hated them. They normally eat dried salmon with no problem.
