Delicious truffle salt
When I opened the packet the deep woods smell of earthy truffle came spilling out!!! I absolutely love it! I finish my eggs off with the salt every morning. I used truffle oil and the salt along with sage to make a delicious chicken.
Full of flavor and fresh
Some taste like petrol and artificial. This tastes like real and fresh truffles. It is high quality and less expensive than other places to buy the product.
I used to buy this from a nice lady who had a Hepp's booth at the farmer's market I used to go to. I was sad when I moved and no longer went to that particular market, but now...YAY!! I can get this whenever I want, and it's cheaper than what I paid the nice lady! Their smoked salts were delicious also. Will be buying this forever, and get other products of theirs as well!
Hepps Truffle Salt is the BEST
Hepp's Salt is the TRUTH. So natural, no artificial truffle flavoring, so yummy in my tummy! I use it sparingly on popcorn, seared scallops, and potatoes. My only complaint is the plastic packaging, but it's nothing my wood salt box can't fix. Thanks Thrive!
One of the best Truffle salts I've had. Simply opening the zip lock and inhaling is divine.

I'm not a professional chef, so perhaps my understanding of truffle salt is not as comprehensive as it could be. I found this salt to be delicious on homemade pop corn and in potatoes stir fried with duck fat. But when I added it to Brussels sprouts I had to add to much the dish became way too salty before I could taste the truffle. Like I said, not a pro here, so maybe there's a rule about not adding truffle to foods with strong flavors. My two cents would be that this product is great for dishes with naturally mild flavors, but to pass it up if planning to cook with stronger ingredients.
This black truffle fishing sea salt tastes great! I love it especially on my grilled meats, but it is good in dips and potatoes as well as on top of sweet baked goods for that sweet and salty flavor. I get the mmm feeling every time I use it!
