Really good!

So glad to have an alternative to Panko, which we've used for many years for frying the multitudes of fish we catch. There's been no GF alternative like it until now! These are really good! Udi's is dependable for GF foods!

- Bonnie

Love, Love, Love!

So I have used these before and when I found them on Thrive I got pretty excited :) They also make an Italian seasoned version so I hope Thrive will start to carry that one too. These work great for any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs! I have makes crispy chicken strips, topped off homemade GF mac & cheese and even used it in meatballs/meatloaf! It's the best!

- Samantha

Best ever!

My recipe for scalloped corn was always a favorite, but called for crushed soda crackers. Having to go gluten free was a bummer until I came across the gluten free panko crumbs. Now I can make this dish again.

This is by far the best bread crumbs I tried

This is by far the best bread crumbs I tried. Its light and the crisp stays longer. I love cooking Asian foods like tempura and this is the perfect mix for that. It makes the food look more appetizing because of the light brown crisp it gives. I highly recommend it!
