Jovial, Organic Brown Rice Lasagna

Jovial hands down is the best GF pasta. I deduct one star bc it doesn’t reheat well. But the flavor and texture are on point as long as you don’t overcook…. Or try to reheat.

I like these but they got a little slimy tasting in my lasagna. Could have been chefs error!

I only make lasagna with these noodles now and can now eat pasta without feeling terrible afterwards. 10/10 recommend!

These work great as a gluten free alternative. In a lasagna I barely miss the wheat when I use these. I have tried the no cook method on the box and I've boiled the noodles first. The no cook method is so much easier, but the trick is using A LOT more sauce than the recipe calls for the make sure the noodles are covered well.
