Great taste and value
Really love these ramen. Cooked well and held up perfectly. Great taste and texture.
perfect for off-grid cooking
i'm off grid and haul potable water. i boil water, add to bowl of broken noodles, drape a tea towel over the bowl and wait a couple of minutes. stir the noodles and then let soak until tender. i make a broth of the soaking/cooking water by adding dried herbs and veg to a pot of about 1.5 cups of water that i've had boiling on the wood stove. i suppose i could add the noodles to this pot, but it gives me more control over the two bits - noodles and broth. the point is, they don't need stove cooking. great for camping, off-grid and your Go Bag for emergencies.
The noodles are great but it's just the noodles. I thought they would come with flavor packs, but no.

Healthy ramen soup
These are delicious and easy to make. While these are cooking, sautee some veggies in sesame oil. Add veggie broth mixed with liquid aminos and the sauteed veggies. Add the ramen and sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds. Yummy, healthy and easy to make. These noodles are delicious!
Fun to experiment with... and delicious!
I did not make a salad with these. I made them into a soup. I boiled the noodles in beef broth adding chives, spinach, and miso-sautéed mushrooms (bella and ordinary white). It was so delicious that I made it again. And again. In comparison to ordinary ramen, these noodles are richer and soften even better. They are healthier and tastier.
These noodles are like roman noodles but better quality and nutrition!
