I know it's kind of random, but these have become my substitute for toast! I have to be gluten-free due to allergies and I actually found that I enjoy these more so than toast. I lightly toast them and then put my morning eggs and cheese on it and it is truly quite tasty! I've turned my whole family on to them, and we all agree that the amount of salt is perfect! I'll definitely be ordering more!

Crispy and Delicious!
These are the most satisfying rice cakes out there. They have a crisp, airy crunch and they're always fresh. They're not too salty and lend themselves really well to all sorts of sweet or savory snacks. Sometimes I'll put peanut butter and jelly, sometimes I'll put a tiny bit of mustard with some cheddar and turkey. So much more gratifying than bread. They are also great to eat plain, they have enough flavor to be delicious on their own. I started eating organic in college and these were one of the first things that got switched into my snacks allowance. I've been eating them ever since and they never disappoint.

Best. Rice Cakes. Ever.
I love rice cakes as an alternative to tempting, but unhealthy chips (looking at you, Pringles). These ones have much more flavor, I think because they are brown rice instead of white. There's just enough salt to bring out the nuttiness of the brown rice, and they have a great crunch. These are by far my favorite rice cakes!
They don't need any extra flavors added to them, but they're a great light lunch with black bean paste, or hummus, or guacamole spread on top. I also sometimes eat these instead of popcorn. YUM!

Two ingredients only
These are pure organic rice cakes. There are two ingredients and that's it. I like rice cakes, but the ones I usually buy are loaded with sodium. These have a great hint of sea salt and they're crunchy and very filling. I like these in place of crackers or potato chips. Great low fat snack.

Absolutely Love These
I tried these a few months ago and have gotten them since. I just can't get enough of them! I eat them as a snack when I feel the munchies coming on and they do the trick. They are filling and they have a great crisp texture. These sound and look plain, but they taste amazing!

Rice cakes are one of my favorite foods, but I never tried the brown rice ones before. I didn't know if they were going to be any good, but after one serving I couldn't stop eating them. They're good for you, and they taste good too. They're better than the ones that use white rice, that's for sure!

This is a delicious, crunchy rice cake. It has a mellow brown rice/nutty flavor and a bit of salt. No cardboard taste here. It's incredibly natural - just whole grain brown rice and salt. This means it will go with just about any spread you want to put on it. I definitely recommend trying these out.
