Love it - with much lower glycemic value than sugar, it is very delicious and not as fattening...and not too sweet! I use it coffee, pancakes, and many other foods.

Mmm mmm good! Coconut Rocks!!!
Madhava Organic Blonde Coconut Sugar adds a depth of flavor to everything I've used it in that other sugars cannot replace. I love this sugar (I use sweeteners infrequently) so this will be my go to ingredient.
I was very excited to try this product as a healthier alternative to white sugar, but this sugar is rather stinky. I airated it for several days and it improved the smell slightly. Maybe it just takes some getting used to. But it tastes wonderful when i cook with it! Just not ready to put it in my coffee lol! I'll buy it again!

Taste so good
I love this brand of coconut sugar.
Only SUGAR I love to use
This sugar is sweet and I use it in everything... Oatmeal, Tea, Coffee you name it. Love that's its nonGMO is a always a plus.
Great for baking
Easy 1:1 replacement for any traditional baking recipes. I have used it for blueberry muffins and coffee cake and both turned out great.
I use this in cereal, teas, oatmeal... Just about anything! It has a wonderful flavor and is so much better for you than granulated sugar.
Husband loves it!
He had been using Stevia in the Raw but wanted something organic for his coffee. I had a hard time finding organic stevia that wasn'toutrageously expensive. He already used coconut creamer sobwe gave this a try. It's a solid 5/5. If you don't care for coconut, this is not for you. If so, enjoy!

better than white sugar
I used this sugar in my cookies instead of white sugar, and my teen-aged boys loved them, and I felt better making them a treat:)
This has been our replacement for processed white sugar, and we really like it.
