Reviews For Hemp Protein Powder - Dark Chocolate

Based on 10 Reviews

Feel good after eating this protein powder

I am very sensitive to different foods and haven't been able to find a protein powder my body can tolerate, until I tried this one. I add it to my daily smoothie and I feel good and full for quite a while after I eat it.

- Kari

Love this.

Nutty, chocolatey and somewhat earthy. I like to add with homemade cashew milk, a pitted medjool date, cinnamon, ice, and fresh spinach. Sweet, yummy and filling.

- Danielle

Nice

Good taste. Good price.

Filling but not my favorite taste

I really, really get full after a serving of this with some Cashew milk, and a few other things tossed in, but this is not the chocolate-y flavor I was expecting. I also purchased the Hemp Fiber, but have yet to try it. I think that perhaps Hemp in general does not lend to the sweet tasting chocolate flavor that whey protein would, but I won't know until I taste the other powder. Besides that, I don't completely dislike this, I just prefer sweeter tastes.

My new favorite protein powder

I am a huge fan of the Manitoba Harvest brand. I have only used it in smoothies so far, and look forward to ordering more for other recipes. My favorite smoothie is 4 tbsp of protein powder, a spoonful of peanut butter, frozen banana, and oat milk. If I want it to taste more chocolatey, I just add a tsp of chocolate powder. Delicious!

- Alexandra

dairy free protein powder

since I am dairy-free, this protein powder is a life saver. Tastes great.

Acquired taste

I've definitely had better. Weird consistency and flavor. 4 scoops per serving is ridiculous. Not a fan.

My new protein powder

A friend of mine told me to try Manitoba for its protein powder. I love dark chocolate, so I was already inclined to like this and it's fantastic. Rich, creamy and full of nutrients, this is easily the best tasting protein powder I've ever tried. Fiber rich, flavorful and healthy, this is also really good mixed into cereal and oatmeal.

Tastes Great and Great Source of Fiber

This protein powder is a great source of fiber. I drink it in place of breakfast in the morning and as a recovery shake after my workouts. It taste really great, but it doesn't mix as well as I would like it too so I generally have to use a blender to get it just write. I actually don't mind that because then I can add banana and it is absolutely amazing! I feel like this helps me perform better during the day and also push harder during my work outs and recover faster. Because it is high in fiber it also helps me stay regular. A great tasting powder

great product! high fiber!

great protein and the mix-ability is ok the pro 50 has better but this has more fiber so is understandable I recommend if you want it to mix well to add a banana or a source of fat like avocado or coconut milk... :) tastes great I cant do any other protein :D
