Reviews For Organic Freeze Dried Tropical Fruits

Based on 10 Reviews

They Stick to Your Teeth

I do not like them. They get really gummy and stick to your teeth. Maybe I should of soaked them first. They just aren't juicy enough for me.

- Zenita

Yummy!

Great snack

- Angela

Great but..

These are amazing flavor and super fun texture but the package contains less volume than I was expecting based on the price. I will save this purchase for special occasions. If the price tag doesn't bother you, these are really worth a try!

Chose Good Fruits

I love that I can depend on Thrive to tell me what's in my food. I love buying Fair Trade and non-GMO, and this works perfectly for both. The fruits they chose actually work well together too. There isn't anything but fruit, but with the types of fruit used in this one, I actually don't feel like it needs seasoning or sugar. This stuff makes such a yummy snack.

Perfectly Crunchy

They managed to freeze dry these fruits so perfectly! I'm always worried about getting fruits that are a bit soggy or moist, but these are perfect. Nice and crunchy without too muchof a soft and chewy feel to them. There's a good amount of food in each bag, too, so you'll definitely feel like you got your fill of it.

weird

We really want to like this product, but the texture is so odd. The flavor is passable, but you really do not taste it until your saliva rehydrates the fruit.

- janet

Mostly Banana

While this is supposed to contain 3 fruits, I would say 4/5 is banana and 1/5 is the mango and pineapple. I am very disappointed in the proportions.

- Angela

Vegan and GF

These are a great selection of tropical fruits, including bananas, peaches and pineapples. I like to put these in my smoothies and just mix them up or add them to raw trail mix for a nice fruity flavor and to add texture to my snacks. Nothing but real organic fruit freeze dried so I'm getting natural sugar, good carbs and a ton of fiber.

Could be good for travel

I was a little under-impressed by these. The flavor is great of course, but they left gummy/gooey chunks in my teeth that I spent a while "removing" after I was done eating. I would consider these in a pinch, like for travel, but I won't keep them around the house for snacking.

Great Office Snack

This freeze dried tropical fruit is delicious. It makes a great office snack. I have a "cubby buddy" as I call her and she shares them with me and loves them too. They are a great snack and very flavorful!
