Great sweet substitute
I will say that coconut sugar does have a caramel like flavor that is noticeable particularly in drinks like lemonade and tea. I never notice the taste when I am using it for waffles or my daily morning smoothie. I don't typically consume sugar but when I do have a need, this is the sugar I use. I love the brand, Navitas. This is a very large size for a great and affordable price. I re packed it in a ball jar for extended freshness.

Excellent product, surprised just how tasty it is.
Coconut Palm Sugar
I really do not like this product. The taste is very strong and detracts from the flavor of my tea and coffee. I used it to make coconut flour pancakes and it added an unpleasant aftertaste. If you like the flavor, it is probably fine but my taste buds will stick to stevia.
Love this in my morning coffee.
Love it in my coffee
The fine grain of the coconut sugar lends it to easily dissolve in my coffee, which I appreciate. I use a coconut sugar and stevia combination for coffee. This also works well to sweeten my chia pudding.
Awesome sweetener, and you get so much in the bag!
great way to cut down on nasty sugars. Just wish you could get it in larger sizes at a good value.
Tastes really great. Makes a very nice addition to my morning smoothies. Very happy with this.
