Great Snack

These little berries make a wonderful snack! My kids love them as well. They have just the right combination of tart and sweet.

Goldenberries taste good, are good for you and fill you up.

Love this product!

I've always been a fan of Goldenberries. They have that tart yet sweet taste that I find deeply satisfying. I've tried many brands of Goldenberries but these are my favourite. They are moist enough to be soft.

- Amy

A wonderful superfood! I make my own trail mix and these provide the perfect soft, chewy, and sour flavor to the mix. Try them, they are wonderfully different!

- Kim

wow sour!

These goldenberries are super healthy and their flavor is very unique. They are very sour, but still have some sweetness to them. We used them in the superberry sauce recipe we found in the Thrive catalog and thought they were pretty good in the recipe. I'm glad we found these as I'd not tried them before. The resealable bags makes them easy to store and we plan to use them again soon.

Great source of Potassium

I love the flavor of these little golden berries, but the real value of them for me is the potassium. I don't get enough potassium in my diet, so these are a great way to fix that and level out my potassium without having to take a daily supplement. (plus they taste better than a pill!)

Love Goldenberries

I absolutely love Goldenberries. They are tart and sweet all at once and they are the perfect treat on a day when I'm craving something a little sour. I really like how nutritious they are and they are a great hold over between meals.

Nature's Sour Patch Kids

When I first heard about these, they were described as "Sour Patch Kids". In my head I thought "NO WAY!" Then I tried them and I was hooked. They are so yummy and they do taste sour and sweet. So yum and so good for you!

Add to a lot of foods

I read about these goldenberries in a Shape magazine article that talked about superfoods such as this, acai and pomegranate. These berries are sweet and tart and delicious. They are best used with something like oatmeal or yogurt or baked into a cookie or my favorite, banana bread.

Protein and beta carotene are the main nutrients, but the berries also have vitamin a. All natural from Colombia, these are really one of the healthiest snacks you can have.

Tart n Sweet

These are tart and sweet all at the same time. I really enjoy them and like to play tricks on my little girl every once in a while because she doesn't understand mixed flavors yet. I also like to add these to my smoothies and juices. They add a unique flavor and really get my taste buds going.

Tart and Sweet at the Same Time!

First, I must say that I'm thrilled with my new membership at Thrive Market! The membership has allowed me to shop for foods I already love and use, as well as sample new food and products I would not otherwise be able to afford.

Second, I've never eaten Goldenberries. I am glad I purchase these. I sprinkled them in my morning cereal, and baked a batch of healthy cookies with little chunks of Goldenberries. Tasty! I really enjoy these superfood bites in my homemade trail mix. They provide the best balance of sweet and tart for nearly everything I make in the kitchen.

I mix the goldenberries with my fruit drink or smoothie

I mix the goldenberries with my fruit drink or smoothie. I love taste of the acidity mixed with my fruits. Plus it is very healthy because it has high amounts of Vitamin C.
